Description

Large deciduous shrub of open habit with broadly ovate leaves which turn reddish or yellow in autumn. Flowers to 3cm wide, bright yellow, fragrantûû2005 comment:ûRaised at the Arnold Arboretum, Massachusetts, it is long-flowering; the lemon-yellow flowers, although not as bright as ‘Angelly’, have a sweeter scent. It is very floriferous, has a vase-shaped habit, will grow to 3 x 2.5m and has autumn colour.
