Fl. forming a double triangle, 110mm wide; perianth segments 50mm long, broadly ovate, truncate, mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate; corona 12mm long, disc-shaped, smooth, mouth straight and wavy, sometimes lobed, with rim minutely crenate.
