Fl. forming a double triangle, 107mm wide; perianth segments 39mm long, roundish, very broad, blunt, deep golden yellow, with slight, pale mucro, spreading, plane, creased and of membranaceous substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, more nearly ovate, scarcely mucronate, shouldered at base; corona 40mm long, cylindrical, smooth, deep golden yellow, sometimes with a hint of orange, mouth even, a little expanded, lightly frilled and irregularly shallowly lobed, with rim minutely crenate.
