Fl. forming a double triangle, 110mm wide; perianth segments 41mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, deep yellow, with pale mucro, spreading, plane or with margins a little incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments more nearly ovate, shouldered at base; corona 43mm long, cylindrical, smooth, deep golden yellow, a little darker in tone than perianth segments, mouth straight and wavy, with rim rolled and crenate.
