Fl. 105mm wide; perianth segments 41mm long, roundish, very broad, rounded at apex, mucronate, white, spreading, plane, creased and of membranaceous substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate, shouldered at base; corona 19mm long, bowl-shaped, smooth, opening yellow, maturing to white, heavily flushed with yellow, mouth expanded, ribbed, lightly frilled and lobed, with lobes overlapping.
