Fl. star-shaped, facing downwards; perianth segments ovate, blunt, and scarcely mucronate, a little reflexed, wavy or sometimes incurling, overlapping one-third; the inner segments inflexed at base, recurved above, somewhat spathulate or with margins recurved at base; corona bowl-shaped, ribbed, bright yellow, with scarlet-orange at rim, mouth more or less even, with rim crenate.
