Description |
Fl. forming a double triangle, 98 mm wide; perianth segments very broadly ovate, blunt, fairly prominently mucronate, a little reflexed, concave, smooth, regular, overlapping half; the inner segments spreading; corona shallow funnel-shaped, smooth or lightly ribbed, pale yellow, with a grey-green cast at base and brilliant yellow 9C at rim, mouth widely expanded, 3-lobed, frilled. Mid-season. Resembles `Ceres' but with a less obviously lobed corona |
