Description |
Fls 4-6 per stem, 44 mm wide, brilliant greenish yellow 3A, facing down; perianth segments oblong, squarish at apex, slightly mucronate, reflexed, plane, overlapping at base only; the inner segments sometimes twisted or with margins recurved; corona cup-shaped, smooth, slightly paling in colour towards rim, with mouth straight and even and rim entire. Mid-season. Scented. Resembles an earlier and more prolific `April Tears' with taller stem |
