Description |
Fl. 100 mm wide; perianth segments very broad, blunt, ivory white, spreading or a little inflexed, concave, of good substance, overlapping half; the inner segments with margins sometimes incurling; corona funnel-shaped, broad or very broad, closely ribbed, light orange-yellow 22C, with a stain of strong orange-yellow 24B becoming darker towards the mouth, and with a distinct band of light greenish yellow 4C at rim, mouth straight, with six deep and overlapping lobes, frilled, with rim minutely crenate.
