Fl. shining golden yellow; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, sightly mucronate, a little inflexed, with broad midrib showing , overlapping half; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, squarish at shoulder and almost touching one another; corona cylindrical or somewhat funnel-shaped, short, with mouth straight and lightly frilled.
