Fl. 80 mm wide; perianth segments ovate, blunt, greenish white, very strongly reflexed, smooth and with much substance; corona short funnel-shaped, slightly constricted near mid-point, flared towards mouth, opening red-orange, becoming pinkish orange, with white at base, rim crenate.
