Fl. forming a double triangle, 90 mm wide, facing up; perianth segments roundish, very broad, spreading, plane, with margins incurling, smooth, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping; the inner segments more nearly ovate and acute; corona bowl-shaped, ribbed, white, with a narrow band of bright yellow at rim, mouth straight and frilled, with rim dentate.
