Description

Fl. forming a double triangle, 75 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, opening yellow, becoming coppery orange, with whitish mucro, spreading, plane or a little concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, square-shouldered at base, with margins wavy and incurved; corona funnel-shaped, smooth, deep tangerine-orange, mouth straight and wavy, with rim entire or obscurely crenate.
