Description |
Fl. 70 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate in outline, blunt or squarish at apex, prominently mucronate, between yellowish white 155D and a creamier tone (158C/D), a little reflexed, plane, overlapping one-third; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, scarcely mucronate, more nearly spreading, with margins wavy or incurled; corona split to base, the six segments one-third to a half as long as the perianth segments and closely overlying them, opening brilliant yellow 7A, becoming light yellow-brown (162B), maturing to pale pink, very deeply bi-lobed, with margins ragged.
