Description

Fl. rounded, 95 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, only slightly mucronate, deep lemon yellow, spreading or a little inflexed, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, with midrib showing, somewhat irregular, overlapping half; the inner segments more noticeably inflexed, with margins slightly wavy; corona split to base, the six segments half the length of the perianth segments and closely overlying them, heavily ribbed, frilled, with rim dentate.
