Fl. 103 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, shouldered at base, blunt, only very slightly mucronate, greenish white 157D, reflexed, concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower and more deeply concave; corona split to base, the segments more than half as long as the perianth segments, almost as wide, joined to them at margins at base, the three inner segments deeply ribbed, vivid yellow 9A, shading to brownish pink (165D/24D) at base, touched yellow-orange (23C) at rim, bi-lobed, lightly frilled, with rim finely ribbed.
