Description |
Fl. 95 mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in two whorls, broadly ovate, blunt, with prominent white mucro, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the outer whorl spreading, plane to a little concave, with margins minutely incurling; the inner whorl inflexed, with margins very deeply incurved, less prominently mucronate; corona segments in two whorls closely overlying the petaloid segments, as wide as the petaloid segments and half as long, deeply bi-lobed, wavy; one or more extra petaloid segments at centre.
