Description |
Fl. 108 mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments 45 mm long, light greenish yellow 5D, in two whorls, broadly ovate, blunt, scarcely mucronate; the outer whorl spreading, plane to a little concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner whorl one-third the length of the outer, inflexed, concave, deeply folded inwards along the midrib; corona segments 27 mm long, greenish yellow 150D, touched light greenish yellow 5C at margins, interspersed among the inner whorl of petaloid segments, inflexed, with margins deeply incurved, lightly frilled. Mid-season. Strongly scented |
