Fls 4-7 per stem, rounded, 50mm wide; perianth segments 20mm long, ovate, blunt, mucronate, white, spreading, plane to concave or with margins incurved, creased, of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments shouldered at base, not noticeably mucronate, strongly inflexed; corona 10mm long, bowl-shaped, angled, opening strong orange N25C, becoming yellow-orange (23A), with a band of vivid yellow 17C at rim, mouth slightly flared, wavy, with rim a little notched.
