Description |
Fl. 110mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in three whorls; the outer whorl 50mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, slightly truncate and mucronate, spreading, concave, with margins incurved, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping one-third to a half; the inner segments narrower and shouldered at base; the middle whorl shorter and narrower than the outer whorl, inflexed and slightly creased; the inner whorl more strongly inflexed, folded inwards from midrib, with margins incurled and wavy; corona segments half the length of the perianth segments, interspersed among the middle and inner whorls of perianth segments and clustered at centre, broad, with wavy margins.
