Description |
Fl. 90mm wide; perianth segments 35mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, lemon yellow, deepening to butterscotch yellow, spreading, slightly concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments a little narrower; corona 41mm long, cylindrical, smooth, bright yellow, becoming yellow-orange, mouth very narrowly flared and ribbed, wavy, with rim minutely crenate. Early. Resembles �Magic Lantern� but is larger, with a longer trumpet and with deeper colour |
