Description |
Fl. rounded, 102mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in three whorls; the outer whorls 40mm long, roundish in outline, truncate at apex, mucronate, opening white, becoming creamy white, spreading, plane or with margins a little incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, blunt at apex, less prominently mucronate; the inner whorl deeply inflexed, concave, with margins incurved or folded along midrib; corona segments in two or more whorls, interspersed among the petaloid segments, pinkish orange, paler at rim, folded and lightly frilled.
