Fl. 73mm wide; perianth segments 30mm long, very broadly ovate, truncate, mucronate, white, reflexed, plane or with margins slightly incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base, scarcely mucronate; corona 3mm long, disc-shaped, ribbed, yellow, with green at base and bright red at rim, mouth expanded and minutely frilled, with rim dentate.
