Fls 3-4 per stem, 70mm wide, facing downwards, deep lemon yellow; perianth segments 30mm long, ovate, blunt, prominently mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; corona 18mm long, cup-shaped, smooth, mouth straight, broadly ribbed and a little wavy, with rim entire.
