Fls 4 per stem, 75mm wide, luminous lemon yellow; perianth segments 33mm long, lanceolate in outline, blunt at apex, reflexed, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping a quarter; corona 20mm long, cup-shaped, smooth, mouth a little expanded, ribbed and slightly wavy, with rim entire.
