Description |
Fl. 100mm wide, facing upwards; perianth segments 40mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, deep yellow with slight pale mucro, spreading, plane or a little incurved, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower; corona 20mm long, cup-shaped, angled, deep orange-red, mouth a little expanded, broadly ribbed, lightly frilled and lobed, with rim notched. Mid-season to late |
