Fl. 110mm wide; perianth segments 43mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, deep yellow with slight pale mucro, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base, scarcely mucronate; corona 45mm long, funnel-shaped, smooth, deep orange, a little paler towards the base, mouth straight, ribbed and lightly frilled, with rim minutely crenate.
