Description |
Fl. 88mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in several whorls, lemon yellow, paler at apex, slight white mucro, creased, of heavy substance; the outer whorls roundish in outline, very broad, blunt, spreading, plane or with margins incurling, with midrib showing, overlapping half or more; the inner whorls successively shorter and more inflexed towards the centre, concave or irregularly folded along midrib, with margins strongly incurling; the corona segments three-quarters the length of the outer perianth segments and interspersed among the inner perianth whorls, pink, heavily frilled, with margins crenate.
