Description |
Fl. 115mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in several whorls, deep lemon yellow, creased and of heavy substance; the outer whorls broadly ovate, blunt, slight white mucro, spreading, plane, with margins incurling; the inner whorls successively shorter and more inflexed towards the centre, concave or irregularly folded along midrib, with margins incurling ; the corona segments half the length of the outer perianth segments and interspersed among the inner perianth whorls, deep reddish pink, frilled, becoming more crumpled towards the centre, with margins entire.
