Description

Fl. 103mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in many whorls, pale yellow, smooth and of membranaceous substance; the outer whorls ovate, blunt, scarcely mucronate, spreading, plane, overlapping half or more; the inner whorls more or less clustered into four �sets� of whorls, with perianth segments in each 'set' successively shorter and more inflexed towards centre, tightly clustered, concave or folded along midrib; the corona segments a little shorter and interspersed among the perianth segments of each �set�, sometimes also among the outer perianth whorls, deep pink, crumpled.
