Fl. forming a double triangle, 129mm wide; perianth segments 50mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, spreading, plane, creased, with midrib showing and of membranaceous substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate; corona 29mm long, funnel-shaped, angled, mouth broadly ribbed, with rim entire and lightly frilled.
