Fl. 105mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments 45mm long, brilliant yellow 7B, in three whorls; the outer two whorls roundish, very broad, with slight pale mucro, spreading, plane, with margins incurling, creased, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner whorl narrower, ovate, inflexed, more nearly concave; corona segments 40mm long, yellowish orange (17B), folded or crumpled, creased, clustered at centre. Mid-season. Sweetly scented |
