Fl. forming a double triangle, 98mm wide, facing upwards; perianth segments 39mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, brilliant yellow 7A, spreading, plane or a little concave, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments a little narrower, shouldered at base; corona 19mm long, cup-shaped, angled, orange-red (28A), mouth straight, broadly ribbed, wavy and shallowly lobed, with rim notched |
