Fls 3-5 per stem, 35mm wide; perianth segments 15mm long, lanceolate, acute, prominently mucronate, white, spreading or slightly reflexed, concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping at base only; corona 2mm long, disc-shaped, smooth, strong orange 169D, mouth constricted and even, with rim entire.
