Description |
Fl. 120mm wide, facing upwards; perianth and other petaloid segments in several whorls, greenish white 155A; the outer whorl 50mm long, very broad, roundish, blunt, spreading to a little reflexed, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner whorls ovate, successively shorter and more strongly inflexed towards centre, deeply concave or folded inwards from midrib; corona segments 45mm long, vivid yellow 12A, two-thirds the width of and interspersed among the inner petaloid segments, wavy, bi-lobed, with lobes overlapping, with rim entire. Mid-season. Sweetly scented |
