Perianth segments roundish, very broad, blunt, yellow with pale mucro, spreading, plane or with margins a little incurved, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower; corona cup-shaped, smooth, yellow, with a band of orange at rim, mouth expanded, broadly ribbed and lightly frilled, with rim crenate.
