Fl. 110mm wide; perianth segments 44mm long, roundish, very broad, blunt, deep golden yellow, with slight pale mucro, spreading, plane, with midrib showing, of membranaceous substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments a little narrower; corona 17mm long, cup-shaped, smooth, intense orange-red, mouth expanded, wavy to lightly ribbed, with rim crenate.
