Fl. forming a double triangle, 110mm wide; perianth segments 50mm long, ovate, rounded at apex, opening light yellow-orange (11D) becoming greenish white 155A, flushed light yellow-orange (11D) at base, reflexed, plane, with margins wavy, with midrib showing and of heavy substance, overlapping at base only; the inner segments narrower; corona 40mm long, funnel-shaped, ribbed, opening light yellow-orange (11D), becoming white 155A, flushed yellowish green-brown (151B) at base, mouth a little expanded and lightly frilled, with rim narrowly flanged and crenate.
