Description |
Fl. forming a double triangle, 90mm wide, facing upwards; perianth segments 40mm long, ovate, blunt, prominently mucronate, opening light yellow (4D), becoming greenish white 157D at maturity, spreading, plane, with margins incurling, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate, somewhat inflexed; corona 25mm long, split to base into six segments, forming an inner and an outer whorl of three, each as wide as the perianth segments, orange-pink (24D), with rim orange-pink (24B) and with overtones of vivid yellow 9A at the base and rim, heavily frilled.
