Fl. 110mm wide; perianth segments 44mm long, roundish, very broad, truncate or blunt, deep yellow, slight, pale mucro, spreading, plane, creased and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower; corona 14mm long, broad bowl-shaped, smooth, intense orange-red, mouth expanded, ribbed and wavy, with rim crenate and slightly rolled.
