Fls 2 per stem, 65mm wide; perianth segments 27mm long, broadly ovate or roundish, blunt, mucronate, white, spreading, plane or with margins incurling, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower; corona 15mm long, cup-shaped, broadly ribbed, white, with broad band of pink at rim, which fades as the flower matures, mouth straight and wavy, with rim entire.
