Description |
Fl. 106mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in three or more whorls, white; the two outer whorls 44mm long, roundish, very broad, blunt to truncate, slightly mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins a little incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner whorls successively shorter and more strongly inflexed towards centre, concave or folded inwards along midrib; corona segments 25mm long, interspersed among the inner perianth whorls, strong yellow, lightly frilled, becoming more crumpled at centre.
