Fl. rounded, 94mm wide; perianth segments 35mm long, roundish, very broad, blunt or truncate, prominently mucronate, spreading, concave, smooth and of membranaceous substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base, scarcely mucronate; corona 11mm long, bowl-shaped, smooth, yellow, merging with a narrow band of orange at rim, mouth widely expanded, ribbed, wavy to lightly frilled, lobed, with lobes overlapping.
