Fl. 100mm wide; perianth segments 39mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, brilliant yellow 12B, with pale mucro, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower; corona 35mm long, split to half way into six segments, each bi-lobed and thickly frilled, light yellowish pink 36C.
