Fls upto 3 per stem, 60mm wide; perianth segments 24mm long, ovate, blunt, yellow, with pale mucro, spreading or a little inflexed, plane or with margins slightly incurling at apex, smooth and of membranaceous substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate; corona 9mm long, split half way into six segments, each opposite and overlying a perianth segment, bi-lobed, with lobes overlapping, wavy to lightly frilled, with rim notched.
