Fl. forming a double triangle, 116mm wide; perianth segments 47mm long, ovate, acute, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base; corona 49mm long, cylindrical, smooth, mouth expanded and frilled, with rim flanged and crenate.
