Fl. forming a double triangle, 77mm wide; perianth segments 30mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, yellow, with slight white mucro, spreading, plane or with margins incurved at apex, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base; corona 17mm long, cup-shaped, smooth, yellow, with subtle orange at rim, mouth expanded, broadly ribbed and lobed, with rim minutely crenate.
