Fl. forming a double triangle, 72mm wide; perianth segments 30mm long, very broad, mucronate, spreading, concave, with margins incurling, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments shouldered at base; corona 30mm long, funnel-shaped, ribbed, mouth straight and frilled, with rim rolled and crenate.
