Fls 2 per stem, 29mm wide; perianth segments 12mm long, ovate, blunt, mucronate, opening yellow, becoming bright white, touched yellow at base, slightly reflexed, with margins incurved or wavy, creased, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate; corona 5mm long, bowl-shaped, smooth, mouth expanded, wavy and somewhat shallowly lobed, with rim minutely crenate.
