Fl. rounded, 85mm wide; perianth segments 30mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, truncate, mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins somewhat incurved, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate; corona 6mm long, cup-shaped, angled, mouth expanded and lightly frilled, with rim crenate.
